Sofa Return and Refund Policy
BRIQ FURNITURE are so confident that your sofa will stand the test of time. We offer a 5 YEAR guarantee on all structural issues and manufacturing defects.
100 Day Return
If you're not 100% satisfied with your sofa you have 100 days to return.
Please note your return will only be accepted if the item is in a re-sellable condition wrapped in it's original packaging. Evidence of the sofa's condition will be requested by the aftercare team before your return request is approved.
The 100 Day Return excludes bespoke/made to measure sofas
Customer Requests to Amend or Cancel - In Stock Items
Sofas that are advertised as in-stock (fast shipping) can be cancelled up until 48 hours before delivery free of charge.
If the order is cancelled once your proposed delivery slot has been accepted, you will be charged a handling fee of £50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Customer Requests to Amend or Cancel - Made to Order
Made to order sofas are those that state delivery up to 20 weeks in the product description.
These orders can be cancelled free of charge up until 48 hours before delivery.
If the order is cancelled once your proposed delivery slot has been accepted, you will be charged a handling fee of £50 which will be deducted from your refund.
Customer Requests to Amend or Cancel - Bespoke
Once placed, bespoke and made to measure sofa orders are non-refundable
- Cancellation before the order has left the production warehouse
If you wish to cancel your bespoke order and it has not yet left our production warehouse you will be charged a 50% fee of the order total.
- Cancellation after the order has left the production warehouse
If you wish to cancel your order and it has left the production warehouse, the order is no longer eligible for a refund of any amount.
FREE swatch samples can be ordered via the website and it is strongly advised to order these before ordering your sofa.
