Shipping Policy

Most items are marked in the descriptions with the stock status. Whilst we hold a significant amount of stock, some items are made to order like out entire bespoke range. Each bespoke item can take up to 16 weeks to produce but your bespoke account manager will keep you updated throughout. 

Due to the nature of our items, we use a 2 man delivery service. You will be contacted by our courier directly once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, who will arrange a delivery slot with you directly. If you miss this delivery slot please note it could be 7-10 days before your delivery is re-routed due to the nature of the items. 

Shipping of in-stock items takes usually between 7-14 days.

Shipping can take 12-16 weeks for custom made bespoke items.

The full value of your order will be debited via your chosen payment method at the time of placing your order.

Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled or amended in any way and there will be a charge for cancellation once dispatched. 

The customer will be liable for shipping costs if it comes back undelivered


Our couriers will deliver to the doorstep only, and will not be able to enter your household. A member of your household will need to be present to accept delivery and carry your furniture over your threshold. 

For heavy items e.g garden/lounge furniture it is advised for you to have a capable member of your household there to help carry your items into your property. We the company are not liable for any loss or damage caused to items or property once the item has been delivered and signed for. 

If you live in a flat, our couriers will only deliver to the entrance of the building. Identification maybe asked for at the point of delivery. 

Please note a standard 3 seater sofa will NOT fit in a standard evaluator and may not fit a service elevator. This is the customers responsibility to check and if we are unable to deliver because of these reasons the customer is liable for shipment costs.

Items missing in transit/delivery disputes.

In the unfortunate circumstance where a parcel experiences a delay, goes missing whilst in transit or a delivery is disputed, a full investigation will be raised with the courier service. Once the dispute has been raised and paperwork submitted 14 working days will need to be allowed to ensure a thorough investigation by ourselves and the courier is carried out.

In some cases this may take longer, however a replacement or refund cannot be offered until the dispute is closed.

Any deliveries refused by the occupant at the delivery address a surcharge of £35 will be deducted from the  refund to cover the costs of the item been returned back to us.
