Shipping Policy/Pre-order info
Most items are marked in the descriptions with the stock status. We always ship direct from our factory which is sometimes overseas. This allows us to reduce our overheads of marketing and showroom costs and passes savings onto you.
Provisional dates may be given on product descriptions especially for pre-order items, we aim to deliver for these dates, however due to stock demand and possible shipping delays, these dates are subject to change. Placing an order for a pre-order item means you agree that provisional delivery dates displayed may change. Customer’s will be contacted once the order is dispatched.
Shipping can take 12-16 weeks for custom made items e.g Ostrich Feather Lighting or large sofas delivery can be up to 120 days.
The full value of your order will be debited via your chosen payment method at the time of placing your order.
Once an order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled or amended in any way.
Our couriers will deliver to the doorstep only, and will not be able to enter your household. A member of your household will need to be present to accept delivery and carry your furniture over your threshold.
For heavy items e.g garden/lounge furniture it is advised for you to have a capable member of your household there to help carry your items into your property.
If you live in a flat, our couriers will only deliver to the entrance of the building. Identification maybe asked for at the point of delivery.
We will not un-package your item nor take the packaging away unless you have ordered a sofa or large table or chair which comes with white glove, room of choice delivery service.

Items missing in transit/delivery disputes.
In the unfortunate circumstance where a parcel experiences a delay, goes missing whilst in transit or a delivery is disputed, a full investigation will be raised with the courier service. Once the dispute has been raised and paperwork submitted 14 working days will need to be allowed to ensure a thorough investigation by ourselves and the courier is carried out.
In some cases this may take longer, however a replacement or refund cannot be offered until the dispute is closed.
Any deliveries refused by the occupant at the delivery address a surcharge of £35 will be deducted from the refund to cover the costs of the item been returned back to us.
