Please initiate a return using our self serve returns centre:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item. We can arrange collection of your item for £49 for items under 20kg and £79 for items over 20kg. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns in person are NOT permitted.
Please ensure a postage or collection (if using courier collection) receipt is obtained as this is your proof of returning the parcel to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the items have been used, then a refund is not possible.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases or customised materials.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you maintain proof of delivery return to us, as you will be responsible for the return of the package until we receive it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome of your refund request.
Once inspected and the above terms are confirmed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (as most banks process payments within this timescale, however this can differ depending on your issuing bank).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First, please allow 14 calendar days for your refund to be processed once your return has reached us.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank that there are no pending refunds or incoming payments being held by them, to be credited to your account.

Late or missing parcels.
We aim to get all orders to you safely and on time. If you believe your delivery to be late, get in touch with us and we can launch an immediate investigation with our courier service. ***Please note that due to Covid19, there maybe a delay in delivery times and processing times***
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift credit will be issued to the gift-giver. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to the named gift giver (purchaser) on the account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Items are shipped via various couriers and shipping agents. Bulky items above 20kg or sofas are 2 man delivery. Delivery is to the ground or first floor. Higher floors require an elevator which has the capacity for the item ordered. Please check the dimensions carefully. Please ensure there is sufficient space for your item to be delivered. Insufficient space or delivery issues may be charged at the rate of £49 for deliveries under 20kg and £99 for deliveries above 20kg.

Please note that you are legally responsible for safely returning an item to us, undamaged and in its original condition if you have changed your mind or if you wish to return the item. Bearing this mind, please ensure you use an appropriate shipping service, as any used, damaged or tampered items that are received by us will not be eligible for a full refund.
