At BRIQ Furniture, you can buy our products with confidence.

You have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract between you and us within 14 calendar days of your order being delivered without giving a reason, on all listed site items, starting from the date of your delivery. 

Items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund your order, less any collection fees e.g. returns costs (unless you have arranged return of the order at your own expense).

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original and undamaged packaging. 

 

Products that will not be accepted for a return...

 

• If the order was received over 14 days ago
• Have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
• Have been damaged by the customer
• Have been assembled in any way
• Bespoke and made to measure products
• Graded items for the reasons listed in the product description

My item has arrived damaged or developed a fault:

For Faulty Goods:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.

In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged please contact the support team within 48 hours of delivery to report. For any products that may have developed a fault during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at info@briqfurniture.com: we will then discuss with you options to return, exchange or send replacement parts.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Northern Ireland Returns

Returns are accepted. You must cover the cost to return the item to us. You can ask us to manage this and the fees are as follows: 

Egg chairs £49 

Sofas £149 

Rattan garden furniture £149. 

The cost of outbound shipping will also be deducted from your refund in line with the above return fees. 

Important information:

Our couriers will not collect items that are not adequately packaged. If the courier arrives and this is the case, collection will need to be re-arranged when the item is suitably packaged and additional collection fees will occur.

If the original packaging is not available please let us know before collection is arranged, other appropriate packaging maybe used to protect the product for the return journey.

Failure to adequately package the product, may result in damage during transit.

This may affect the final amount that will be refunded to the customer after inspection.

 

Custom and Bespoke Orders:

Once custom and bespoke orders have left our production warehouse and are in transit on their way to us, these orders are no longer refundable. Please order FREE fabric swatches via the site before placing your order.

If you did wish to cancel your order before it leaves our production warehouse but manufacturing has begun, you will still be charged 50% off the total order value.

Warranty:

Garden Furniture:

BRIQ Furniture offer a 12 month manufacturing warranty on all garden furniture. e.g. egg chairs/rattan/fire pits.

Sofas:

BRIQ Furniture offers a 5 year manufacturing warranty on all sofas

Dining Table & Chairs:

BRIQ Furniture offers a 12 month manufacturing warranty on these products.

 

The warranties above cover manufacturing defects and structural damage only for the time-frames given. Damage to the products and structure caused by accident or negligence will not be covered.
