We understand sometimes cashflow is an issue which is why we gladly accept payment upon delivery. This can be in the form of cash, bank transfer or credit/ debit card payment.

For made to order items like sofas and beds we take a 30% deposit payment before we commence production. This is a fully refundable deposit if your order is cancelled before shipment for any reason. 

This does not affect your statutory rights or cancellation rights.
